- Take Kuhio or Kalakaua Avenue Eastbound (heading towards Diamond Head).
- Turn Left onto Kapahulu Avenue (this is the street where the Honolulu Zoo is located).
- The Running Room is approximately 10 blocks mauka, on the right side of the street, located next to Blue Planet Surf Shop
- Free Parking is available.
H-1 traveling Eastbound (towards Diamond Head)
- Get off at the King Street Exit 25A (the exit following University).
- At the 2nd traffic light, turn Right onto Kapahulu Avenue.
- The Running Room is approximately 7 blocks makai (South) on the left-hand side of the street (one block Makai of Leonards Bakery).
- Free Parking is available.
H-1 traveling Westbound (towards the Airport)
- Get off at the King Street Exit.
- Make an immediate left.
- At the 2nd traffic light, turn Right onto Kapahulu Avenue.
- The Running Room is approximately 7 blocks makai (South) on the left-hand side of the street (one block Makai of Leonards Bakery).
- Free Parking is available.
By Bus from Waikiki
- From Waikiki, take bus #14 Waikiki Campbell and NOT Waikiki Kapiolani also #14
- Get off at the corner of Kapahulu and Campbell.
- Walk three blocks Mauka to get to The Running Room.
